Founder – Elena Sanchis Sanz
Hola, I am Elena and I have been working in the tourism industry for 23 years already! I come from Madrid, where I studied my tourism degree, but I have been living and working in this beautiful part of Málaga for the last 19 years. My experience? Travel agencies, tour operators, tourism offices and 12 years working in hotels, being a Hotel Manager for 10 of them. I founded Plan A at the end of 2017, with a friend from Belgium called An, as we were both in love with the Axarquia and wanted to help other people discover and enjoy this paradise. An & family finally moved back to Belgium, so I kept the comapny alone for a while. I have found my vocation as an official guide, work that I enjoy so much, so apart from running the company I do most of the guided tours.
Plan A Team – Noelia Alba
Hola, I am Noelia and I am quite new in Plan A.
I studied a degree in Translation and Interpreting at the University of Málaga, and have worked before with Elena for about seven years at the Hotel she was managing. I come from Vélez-Málaga and I have lots of years of experience as hotel recepcionist in Torre del Mar,so I also know this area quite good. Delaing with clients and suppliers is something I like to do, and in Plan A I take care of the office work, bookings, budgets, etc.
